First place Indiana Ice Miners host the Mon Valley Thunder

Mon Valley Thunder (3-6-1) @ Indiana Ice Miners (11-1-0) 7:30pm (S&T Bank Arena) * Second meeting of the season. Indiana defeated Mon Valley 8-5 on December 8th. * The Ice Miners are on a six game winning streak. * Mon Valley is 3-1-0 on the road. * Indiana's Justin Depretis, the MAHL's leading scorer with 37 points, has been recalled to the Wichita Thunder of the Central Hockey League. Depretis also leads the MAHL in goals (26), power play goals (7), game winning goals (4), and plus / minus (+21). * The Ice Miners Tom Boudreau leads the MAHL in assists with 27. * Mon Valley's Joey Olson is fifth in the MAHL in scoring with 10g-12a-22pts. * Thunder goaltender Ryan Lowe has been recalled to the Victoria (British Columbia) Salmon Kings of the ECHL.
