
First Day Postponed Due to Weather

August 24, 2007 - The first day of Championship Series action in Kimberly, WI has been postponed due to inclement weather.
Games will now start at 10:00 am CDT on Saturday (8/25) when the second place Akron Racers take on defending NPF Champions the New England Riptide! The action continues in the 2nd game of the morning's doubleheader when the Washington Glory, Regular Season Champions play number four seed the Rockford Thunder at approx. 12 pm.
Due to the weather delay, the second round of games for Saturday, August 25th have been rescheduled to start at 5 pm CDT with the losing teams from earlier in the day competing for a chance to advance. The winning teams from the earlier games will play at an approximate start time of 8:00 pm CDT.
Sunday games start at 12 pm CDT, 2:45 pm CDT and 5:30 pm CDT (if needed).
All tickets for Friday's games will be honored for the Saturday morning doubleheader. Tickets are still available at the gate for all games. Go to www.cardinalyouthsoftball.com for information and pricing. Stay tuned for further updates.
