FC Tucson returns to Kino North Stadium this Saturday for their final match against Orlando City B. In the club's last meeting, the two sides played to a 2-2 draw on May 31st.

Last week, FC Tucson capped off its six-match road trip with a 1-1 draw against South Georgia Tormenta FC. The draw snapped the club's two-match losing streak against Tormenta.

In the 78th minute, forward Jordan Jones tallied his fifth goal of the season following a hard-foul inside of the box. A composed Jones converted from the spot to give FC Tucson a 1-0 lead in the closing minutes.

Tormenta midfielder Marco Micaletto scored the equalizer for the host side in the final minute of stoppage time.

Orlando City B enters the match following a 2-1 loss to Lansing Ignite FC on Friday, Aug 16th. OCB recorded their last victory on June 7th when they defeated Forward Madison FC 2-1.

- The club's leading scorer is Thiago Silva with five goals.

- Goalkeeper Juliano Chade ranks second in the USL League One with 57 saves.

- OCB ranks fourth in the USL League One with a passing accuracy of 81%.

Following a seven-week hiatus from Kino North Stadium, FCT will play seven of its last eight matches at home. FC Tucson boasts a home record of 3-1-3 this season. In the last home match, FC Tucson throttled Toronto FC II 3-1 on July 3rd.

Playing in Top Form

Forward Jordan Jones was recently named to the USL League One Team of the Week for the fifth time this season. In 14 appearances, Jones has registered five goals, two assists, and nine created chances.

Lockdown Defender

Defender Kyle Venter has solidified himself as one of the top defensive players in League One. He currently leads USL League One with 20 blocked shots, despite playing in just 16 matches. On the offensive side of the pitch, Venter ranks third on the team with four goals.

Ironman Watch

Defender Kyle Venter has emerged as the club's new minutes leader with 1,440 minutes played. He's followed by Jamael Cox (1,402), Devyn Jambga (1,352), Andrew Wheeler-Omiunu (1,350), Luke Hauswirth (1,264), Jordan Jones (1,138), Phillip Ejimadu (1,080), and José Terrón (1,052) to round out the players who have logged at least 1,000 minutes. Defender Lamar Batista (990) rounds out the players who have notched at least 900 minutes.
