
FC Tucson Announce Five Additions to Front Office Leadership

TUCSON, AZ - FC Tucson announced today the addition of five new leadership positions to their front office staff ahead of the 2021 USL League One season. The club's front office additions come after a December 2020 commitment to growing its staff with the goal of enhancing the game day experience and increased community engagement. The club hopes to continue its mission of being a pillar in the community of Tucson as its front office is slated for continued growth.
Among the club's front office additions are:
Yancey Jones - Vice President of Sales
Lia Pierse - Corporate & Community Development Adviser
Laura Nagore - Director of Administration & Finance
Kairand Bellinger - Director of Community & Game Day Engagement
William Olguin - Creative Director in Residence
As Vice President of Sales, Yancey Jones oversees all sales & partnership marketing initiatives and provides strategic direction for day-to-day department operations. The Missouri native brings fifteen years of successful sales and service experience within professional and college sports. Jones most recently served as the Director of Corporate Partnership Sales for the former USL Championship club, Saint Louis Football Club.
A native of Tucson, Lia Pierse brings over 20 years of experience in fundraising, nonprofit program development and professional leadership coaching. Pierse joins as the club's Corporate & Community Development Advisor, leading the strategy, development and management of the club's partnerships within the Tucson community.
As Director of Administration and Finance, Laura Nagore will oversee the day-to-day accounting functions, personnel duties and administrative needs of FC Tucson. Nagore's experience includes six years with the Tucson Metro Chamber, serving as the Chief Financial and Operations Officer - responsible for financial operations, administration and human resource planning of the Chamber.
Kairand Bellinger, who joins as the club's Director of Community & Game Day Engagement, will lead the planning, launch and execution of community initiative programs and oversee the building of a game day experience that celebrates unity, hope, and pride. Bellinger brings over 35 years of experience in entertainment, experiential programming, sports, and music productions with groups such as Tribal Nations of the Southwest, the Lady Gaga Foundation and the Arizona Bowl RAAVOLUTION Festivals.
William Olguin joins as the club's Creative Director in Residence and will oversee the creative direction of all FC Tucson brand marketing and advertising initiatives. The Tucson native will lead the team's visual brand strategy and creative development across all platforms, highlighting all areas of the club's Men's, Women's, and Academy teams. Olguin joins the club full-time following a year of creative consultancy through VIBE Creative House. Olguin holds 10 plus years of creative industry experience that includes work with Chapman Automotive and creative services for multiple Tucson small businesses.
