
FC Tucson and Head Coach Darren Sawatzky Part Ways

FC Tucson News Release
TUCSON - FC Tucson announced today that the club and head coach Darren Sawatzky are mutually parting ways. Sawatzky will become the new head coach for USL League One side Richmond Kickers FC.
"We thank Darren for his efforts in our inaugural pro season and wish him the best of luck in Richmond," said Phoenix Rising General Manager Bobby Dulle.
In his lone year with the club, Sawatzky went 8-11-9, good for 33 points.
