Erie Freeze News Release
(Erie, PA; June 7, 2006) The Erie Freeze of the American Indoor Football League announced that the 2006 regular season finale against the Johnstown Riverhawks on Friday, June 9 is billed as "Fan Appreciation Friday."
The game is a "Do or Die" scenario for both the Freeze and the Riverhawks playoff aspirations. In an effort to support the home team and say "Thank you" to all of the fans that have supported the Freeze all season long, the Freeze is offering some great promotions.
Fans in attendance will have a chance to win some of nearly the hundreds of prizes to be given away during the game.
Freeze owner Dave Hodas said, "Our goal is to beat Johnstown and move on to the playoffs, but we also want to show our appreciation to the fans of the Freeze. It will be crazy with the game meaning so much on the field and giving so much FREE stuff away during the game. I can't wait. The fans of Erie really deserve this."
