With the NWHL season officially suspended we want to say thank you to all our fans and followers. We knew entering a season like this was going to be a challenge but we wanted to do our best to make season 6 happen. The decision to end the season did not come lightly but the safety of players, coaches and staff is the leagues #1 priority.
From key sponsorships with companies like The New Jersey Lottery and Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey to building off the amazing growth and engagement of fan viewership on Twitch and across our social media platforms, women's hockey is posed for unprecedented success. In the unwavering style of the NWHL and women's hockey we'll learn from this experience and come back better in season 7. We look forward to seeing everyone soon.
Our captain Madison Packer definitely said it best "We'll be back out there. And yes, I am keeping my #rollcap socks."
