Denver Outlaws hire Jeremy Boltus as assistant coach

The Denver Outlaws have hired Jeremy Boltus as an assistant coach. Boltus was an All-American at Army (2011), ranking third all-time in program history with 214 points.
His professional lacrosse career included time with four teams (Hamilton, Charlotte, Denver, and Rochester), 155 points, and an MLL All-Star Game MVP award in 2015. Boltus served as an assistant coach for three years for the Dallas Rattlers and Connecticut Hammerheads.
His relationship with head coach and general manager Tim Soudan and assistant coach Jacques Monte dates back to 2015 when he played under both coaches as part of the Rochester Rattlers. The Outlaws are a team built on culture and Coach Boltus should be able to assimilate seamlessly into the organization. A former Outlaw player in 2013, Boltus knows the tradition of success expected in Colorado. He was part of a 14-0 regular season and he plans to bring that type of success back to the team:
"I could not be more excited and thankful for the opportunity to reunite with Coach Soudan, Coach Monte, and the Denver Outlaws. We look forward to building on the winning tradition of this great organization," said Boltus.
That winning tradition included winning Major League Lacrosse championships (2014, 2016, 2018) and ten total championship appearances.
Boltus joins the team after a tumultuous 1-9 season where the offense ranked last in the league in scoring. His primary role is to run the box and help with scouting opponents but his experience and mind for the offensive end can only help the team improve on their 2023 outing.
