
Daly Recalled, Sova Signed

Norfolk, VA.- The Norfolk Admirals, ECHL affiliate of the Nashville Predators, announce that defenseman Tim Daly has been recalled to the Manitoba Moose (AHL) on Thursday morning. In a corresponding move the Admirals have signed defenseman Joe Sova.
Daly, 25, appeared in two games with the Moose last season. The defenseman has three points (1g, 2a) in five games for Norfolk this season.
Sova, 29, joins the Admirals with 350 games of professional experience. The 6'3", 195 lb, defenseman spent last season with the Mississippi Riverkings (SPHL) notching 26 points in 49 games. The Berwyn, IL native has appeared in 242 ECHL games since turning pro at the end of the 2010-11 season.
The Admirals open the home portion of the season on Friday, Oct. 27 and host Pink in the Rink, presented by Sentara Cancer Network, on Oct. 28.
