WCHL PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Adam Copeland, Idaho Steelheads
Idaho's Adam Copeland reels in Player of the Week honors after scoring one goal and three assists in three games last week. Copeland tallied his four points in a home-series finale against the San Diego Gulls in which the Steelheads went 2-1 with a 3-2 shootout win on March 2, a 3-1 loss on March 28 and a 4-3 win on March 29. With the victories, Copeland helped his team record a new league record of most home wins with 32.
The St. Catharines, Ontario native is tied for sixth on the Steelheads' roster with 40 points (19g, 21a). In 2001-02 the 6-1, 215-pound right wing notched 23 goals and 29 assists for the Steelheads and was named the team's Unsung Hero and Playoff co-MVP.

WCHL GOALTENDER OF THE WEEK
Kevin St. Pierre, Bakersfield Condors
Kevin St. Pierre steals WCHL Goaltender of the Week honors for the eighth time this season after posting a 2-0 record, 53 saves and .981 save percentage last week. After defeating the Aces 3-1 on March 28th, St.Pierre shutout the Falcons 3-0 on March 29th. The shutout was his fourth of the season, which is second-most in the league.
The 6-3, 220-pound goaltender continues to top the WCHL with his league-leading 36-11-7 record and .930 save percentage. By winning his last five contests, St. Pierre has kept the Condors in the running for second place in the WCHL standings; Bakersfield and San Diego are currently tied with 89 points.
