Chicago Slaughter Announce Dance Team Sponsorship

Hoffman Estates, IL -- The Chicago Slaughter, of the Continental Indoor Football League, has signed a deal with HIP (Hair Innovation Professionals) Salon in Schaumburg for the naming rights of the Slaughter's dance team. The girls will now be known as the HIP Salon 2009 Chicago Slaughter Team Dancers, and HIP Salon will become the official hair salon of the Chicago Slaughter.
"This is a great partnership for our organization and our dance team," said Gerry Clarke, President of the Chicago Slaughter. "HIP Salon is a great company and provides us with a good opportunity to showcase our girls."
The first public appearance for the HIP Dancers will be at the HIP Salon in Schaumburg on February 17th from 6-9. The girls will be on hand to get their hair made up, then have their team poster created on-site. Current HIP clients or clients-to-be are welcome to come on out and watch the action up close and personal.
"A dance team is about professionalism, talent and image. That's a perfect fit with what Hip salon is all about," said Vince Otero, Owner and Colour Director at HIP Salon. "Partnering with the Chicago Slaughter dancers allows us to create awareness of the talent our colorists, stylists and makeup artists have. We want all the members of the Chicago Slaughter to look Hip when they win the CIFL Championship this season."
Hip Salon will be providing color, styling and makeup services to the dancers and football players during the season. They are located at 174 E. Golf Road in Schaumburg. HIP is a departmentalized salon that specializes in Cutting, Coloring, Hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and Makeup. The 2009 Chicago Slaughter home season kicks off on Friday, March 6th at 7:00 at the Sears Centre Arena in Hoffman Estates. Individual tickets are now on sale for all Slaughter home games.
