
Chicago Rush earns berth in ArenaBowl XX

NEW YORK - The Chicago Rush (7-9, 3-0) defeated the San Jose SaberCats (10-6, 1-1) 59-56 marking the first time in team history the Rush will play for the Arena Football League Championship. ArenaBowl XX will be played in Las Vegas on Sunday, June 11 at 3 p.m. ET on NBC.
The Rush enter ArenaBowl XX on a five-game winning streak, including four wins on the road. It was Chicago's fourth appearance in the Conference Championship game in the last five seasons but the first with a positive outcome.
Chicago will face the winner of tomorrow's National Conference Championship game between the Dallas Desperados (13-3, 1-0) and the Orlando Predators (10-6, 1-0) in ArenaBowl XX. The Desperados host the Predators at the American Airlines Center in Dallas at 3 p.m. ET on NBC.
