Chicago Assassins Join AIF

October 31, 2013 - American Indoor Football (AIF) - Chicago Assassins News Release

Chicago, ILL - The AIF is proud to announce the signing of the Chicago Assassins for the 2014 season. The Assassins and AIF came to terms this week on a multi-year agreement.

"We are happy to welcome the Assassins into the AIF family for the 2014 season and beyond," said AIF CEO John Morris. "Chicago has a long successful indoor football history and we look forward for the Assassins to continue that tradition."

The Chicago ownership will support the growth and integrity of Indoor Football that the AIF supports. Said Johnny Hunt, Owner "The Chicago Assassins football team is dedicated to help the community serve as positive role models to young people and we promise to stay professional and maintain a positive attitude at all times."

The Assassins will kick off the 2014 AIF season in March.

"I want to thank John Morris and the entire AIF organization for bringing in the Chicago Assassins," stated Hunt. "Our fans will be glad to know that we are committed to the AIF for several years to come."

The Chicago franchise has dedicated their season to all the men women and children that have died in Chicago from senseless violence and also dedicated to Darrel Fason his pops and to Mrs. Mathieu.
