
CBA announces schedule changes

ALBANY, NY (September 6, 2007) - The Continental Basketball Association today announced that it has made a number of schedule changes for the upcoming 2007-08 season. These changes were due to scheduling conflicts that arose from the new travel partnership announced yesterday with Global Airline Services.
The following games have been changed:
1 - November 23 Game # 18 East Kentucky @ Minot is now DECEMBER 13
2 - November 24 Game # 22 East Kentucky @ Minot is now DECEMBER 14
3 - November 27 Game # 27 Minot @ Atlanta is now JANUARY 11
4 - December 1 Game # 36 Albany @ Pittsburgh is now DECEMBER 2
5 - December 13 Game # 62 Minot @ Kentucky is now DECEMBER 10
6 - January 24 Game # 138 Texas @ Oklahoma is now FEBRUARY 11
There are also minor time changes:
1 - 12/9 Game # 56 Rio Grande Valley @ Great Falls is a 3:05 local start
2 - 1/27 Game # 145 Pittsburgh @ Oklahoma is a 4:05 local start
3 - 2/10 Game # 176 Great Falls @ Butte is a 3:15 local start
The Rio Grande Valley Silverados have also moved their starting times from 7:05 to 7:35, with Sunday afternoon games now scheduled for 5:05.
"We apologize to our fans and sponsors for having to make these changes at a late date," said CBA Vice President of Basketball Operations Dennis Truax "These changes were necessary due our new partnership with Global Airline Services."
