
Canadian Premier League Sets Coronavirus (COVID-19) Protocol for Pre-Season Training

Toronto, ON - Effective immediately the Canadian Premier League has instituted a hold on all pre-season training for all of its Clubs beginning on Friday, March 13 for a period of 14 days. The League has made this decision with input from medical experts and health officials to ensure a safe environment for our teams in the wake of COVID 19.
We will maintain our consistent dialogue both internally and externally and as more information becomes available, we will continue to provide public updates. This includes details about potentially rescheduling or postponing matches as we move towards the season opening date of April 11, 2020.
