San Bernardino Bucking Bulls News Release

The San Bernardino Bucking Bulls new indoor football team has started their football practice, shaping up for their season opener on March 31st at 7:00 pm at the National Orange Pavilion. Coach Zeb Campbell will install the high flying offense in time for the Ray Clay and the Pomona Cool riders.

"I want to get these guys to be mentally ready for our first game. For some of these guys, this is their first time playing or seeing the indoor game. With our veteran QB Mark Wilson and our young WR core we just have to make plays. We are looking to put up major points.

"Practice is a learning environment for our guys. We know that we have the talent in camp; we just need to make sure that the guys understand the scheme. If you come out of shape then I will send you home.

We currently have 35 plus players on our camp roster and cuts will be made soon. We are only allowed to carry a 30-man roster. Campbell says "he makes his practices more mental, because he already knows that you have the talent, but can you think."

"I know this defensive will be one of the most physical and aggressive one in the league, led by Josh Duran from San Diego State. So we will already know how the first game will be played," says Campbell. It will be a high scoring and hard hitting affair. A great treat for our fans.
