Kristian Webb collected three hits, sparking the Butler BlueSox (24-29) to an 8-3 victory over the Chillicothe Paints (23-31) on Saturday at VA Memorial Stadium.

He singled in the second and fourth innings and doubled in the eighth inning.

Bradley Boss was hot from the plate for the Chillicothe Paints. Boss went 3-4, drove in one and scored one run. He doubled in the fifth inning and singled in the seventh and ninth innings.

Alex Wagner improved to 3-3 on the year by picking up the win for the Butler BlueSox. He allowed three runs over seven innings. He struck out two, walked four and surrendered five hits.

Perley Provost (1-3) took the loss for the Chillicothe Paints. He lasted just seven innings, walked one, struck out two, and allowed five runs.
