WISL QUOTES OF THE WEEK

"I wanted to make this a team that controlled the ball. The team is getting better quicker than I expected."-Utah Freezz player/coach Jeff Betts on his teams better performance.

"The pleasing thing was how we started the game. Apart from our finishing (scoring), I thought we had an excellent first quarter. We had possession in their half of the field, especially in the first quarter, more than we had in any game this season. Our finishing was a bit woeful."-Houston Hotshots coach Trevor Dawkins on the win over Sacramento.

"I was glad to do well for all of them. My teammates deserve a lot of credit. They worked hard and got the ball to me in good position to score."-Utah forward Beau Brown on recording his first hat trick of the season in the 5-4 win in Dallas.
