Matchups for the United States Hockey League Conference Semifinals have been determined following the conclusion of the first round of the 2024 Clark Cup Playoffs.
In Western Conference action, the Anderson Cup Champion Fargo Force host the #4-seed Tri-City, while second-seeded Sioux City hosts #6-seed Lincoln.

Conference semifinals winners will square off in each conference's championship finals to determine which teams play in the 2024 Clark Cup Final. The last two rounds of the 2024 Clark Cup playoffs (conference finals and final) are both best-of-five series.
