Black & Gold Game Scheduled for August 25

The Texas Tornado will play its annual Black & Gold game on Saturday, August 25th from 4:00-6:00 p.m. at the Ice at Stonebriar. The intra-squad scrimmage marks the end of training camp - the team reports on August 18th - and will prepare the team for its two exhibition games against The University of Oklahoma on September 7th and 8th.
"The Black & Gold game has turned into a tradition for us at the Stonebriar Mall," Tornado head coach and general managers Tony Curtale said. "It gives us a chance to get another look at the roster and make some cuts, but it's also a lot of fun of the fans, as well."
All Tornado fans interested in attending the Black & Gold game will be admitted free of charge.
