Sacramento Express News Release
Welcome a legend of Italian rugby to the inaugural season of PRO Rugby North America: Mirco Bergamasco.
Capped 89 times by Italy's national team, the Azzurri, Mirco had a long and successful spell with Stade Francais before playing most recently with Rovigo. Bergamasco, whose brother and father also played for their country, moved from the back three to the centers, and also has a formidable reputation as a goal-kicker.
He will be playing for the Sacramento team in our inaugural 2016 season.
