
Bay Area Matrix Getting Set For Season

Clayton, CA. The Bay Area Matrix will bhe playing for the first time this season in the ABA replacing the Clayton Showtime out of Clayton, California. The Matrix have been playing at the Pro-Am level for the past 10 years with a team comprised of college and international players. "We take pride in playing with integrity and have a never give up attitude," stated owners/coaches Gordon and Jim Beresford. "We are very pleased to be part of the ABA and are looking forward to competing with some great teams in the Northern California Division."
Gordon Beresford played for the College of Notre Dame as well as in the ABA and at the Pro-Am level for the past 16 years. He has also coached at the College of Notre Dame, Dominican University, Holy Names University, Los Medanos Junior College, the ABA and Mt. Eden High School over the past eight years.
