May 5, 2016 - American Hockey League (AHL) News Release
SPRINGFIELD, Mass. ... The American Hockey League announced today that the league has partnered with Baron Championship Rings, naming them the Official Championship Ring Supplier for the AHL.
Baron Rings will serve as the official championship ring of the American Hockey League, and will also provide the rings presented each year to new inductees into the AHL Hall of Fame. Baron Rings will have a presence at the AHL's annual Marketing Meetings and other events, will receive a presence across the league's digital platforms, and will have online retail opportunities as well.
"Baron has had the privilege to produce Calder Cup rings for the Binghamton Senators and Texas Stars," said Peter Kanis, Vice President of Baron Championship Rings. "Partnering with the AHL as the official Championship Ring supplier is a natural progression to create rings for many more AHL teams for years to come. The AHL is one of the world's premier hockey leagues and to be affiliated with them is an honor."
