
Bandits Ink Donahue to One-Year Deal

BUFFALO, N.Y. - The Buffalo Bandits today announced the team has signed forward Dylan Donahue to a one-year deal, pending league approval.
Donahue (5'9", 180 lbs., 5/6/1993) joins the Bandits after spending the summer season with the Onondaga Redhawks of the Can-Am Lacrosse League, recording nine points (4+5) in two regular-season games. He spent the previous three seasons playing Major League Lacrosse with both the Charlotte Hounds and Atlanta Blaze after being selected with the second-overall pick by the Hounds in the 2016 MLL Draft. He totaled 33 points (20+13) in 21 regular-season games and scored four goals in his lone playoff game with Charlotte in 2016.
A Camillus, New York native, Donahue played four seasons (2013 to 2016) of collegiate lacrosse at Syracuse University prior to his professional career. He recorded 227 points (143+84) in 69 games, earning All-ACC honors in 2015 and 2016 and First-Team All-American honors in 2016. A two-time team captain, Donahue is one of only 17 players in program history with 200-plus career points.
