Bandits Announce Fan Appreciation Night

BUFFALO, NY (April 23, 2014) --- The Buffalo Bandits today announced plans to thank their fans for all the support in 2014 by hosting "Fan Appreciation Night" in their final home game of the regular season against the Rochester Knighthawks at First Niagara Center on Saturday, April 26 at 7:30 p.m.

The first 10,000 fans to enter First Niagara Center will receive a Bandits team photo to begin the night, which will be highlighted by several contests and giveaways.

Prior to the opening faceoff, the Bandits will honor the 2014 Bandits Fan of the Year, voted on by Bandits fans at Bandits.com. The winning fan received over 60 percent of the votes and will receive a trophy, a "Fan of the Year" jersey, and a pair of Bandits season tickets for the 2015 season.

Several in-game promotions will also run throughout the night, including a halftime concessions parachute drop, in which fans will have a chance to catch a parachute for free concessions. Additional contests involving fan participation are also scheduled to take place for chances to win great Bandits prizes.

Current season ticket holders will be randomly selected for the "Jersey Off My Back" promotion. Winners will be announced throughout the game on the HD videoboard and will assemble on the field after the game to receive a game-worn jersey that will be signed by the player who wore it.
