
B-Sens Release Forward Yannick Tifu

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - The Binghamton Senators announced today that they have released left wing Yannick Tifu from his professional try-out contract.
Tifu, 25, has appeared in six games with the B-Sens recording four points (two goals, two assists) and six penalty minutes. Tifu had a two-point game Sunday, March 28 at Hershey (a 3-2 B-Sens loss) where he recorded two assists.
The Brossard, Quebec has spent the majority of the 2009-10 season with the ECHL's Elmira Jackals where he has recorded 56 points (15 goals, 41 assists) and 75 penalty minutes in 54 games.
Up next the B-Sens travel to Glens Falls, N.Y. to face the Adirondack Phantoms on Wednesday, April 7.
