Austin Aztex News Release

AUSTIN, Texas (www.austinaztex.com) - For the first time ever, the Austin Aztex are offering fans a season ticket plan that works on their own schedules. Flexible season ticket plans offer fans tickets to all 15 home games, with the caveat that the tickets do not specify the game date and can be used in any grouping for any Aztex home game.

The 15 tickets can be used at the rate of one per game to all 15 games, they can be used to go to one game with 14 friends, or they can be used in any combination in between.

"We came up with this idea by consulting with our fans at the end of last season. It gives our season ticket holders the ultimate in flexibility," Aztex President Phil Rawlins said. "Based on their feedback, we know our fans will love the options this plan gives them."

Flexible season tickets are just $190 for adults or $150 for kids ages 15 and under. Tickets can also come at a discounted rate for joining the Aztex Alliance, which allows Aztex fans to help operate their favorite club.

Aztex Alliance members' benefits include the option to vote on special club decisions, receive access to an Alliance-only discussion board, various Aztex memorabilia and autographs, access to meet and greet events with the team, all-inclusive paid trips to away matches and an invitation to the team's end of the year banquet.

Once the Aztex Alliance reaches 1,500 members, one member will even be voted onto the team's Board of Directors.

Austin's first match of the regular season comes against the league's defending champion, the Montreal Impact, at 6 p.m. on April 11 at its new home, House Park.
