FC Tucson News Release
TUCSON, Ariz. - Athletic Brewing has become the non-alcoholic beer of choice for top athletes and craft beer aficionados, and the innovative brewer will again back FC Tucson in 2022.
Athletic Brewing will be the Exclusive Non-Alcoholic Beer Partner and its logo will adorn the right sleeve of both FC Tucson's home and away jerseys.
"Athletic Brewing has been on the cutting edge of non-alcoholic beer and is a proven national-leader,' " said FC Tucson President Amanda Powers. "We're proud to be able to partner with a forward-thinking and innovative brand like Athletic Brewing and provide our fans with the refreshing taste of Athletic Brewing's revolutionary craft beers.
"I think the pandemic has shown the benefits and enjoyment of drinking a non-alcoholic beer, just as I have for more than a decade."
With breweries in Stratford, Connecticut, and San Diego, California, as well as a first-of-its-kind ecommerce, Athletic Brewing has been national leader in the production of non-alcoholic craft beer.
"Our 'Without Compromise' movement allowed us to open our beer to new occasions and is more inclusive to mindful, healthy adults," said Athletic Brewing co-founder Bill Shufelt. "Partnering with a professional soccer club like FC Tucson is a natural fit for us. The club represents innovation and pursuit of excellence."
