Arena Football League Partners with VidSwap

CHICAGO - The Arena Football League and VidSwap, a leading web-based sports video editing and analysis company, today announced a new partnership to support the AFL's film analysis capabilities. The partnership will enable AFL teams to use VidSwap's innovative video analysis platform to quickly edit and break down games, manage scouting film, and enable collaboration with coaches and players from any computer or iOS device.
"We are excited to partner with a premier video editing company in VidSwap," said Joe Kleinsmith, AFL Senior Director of Football Operations. "Their innovative technology and familiarity with Arena Football is going to be a great benefit to our coaches, players, and officials."
VidSwap was founded by former Arena Football quarterback Alex Neist, who played in the af2 for the Spokane Shock, Bakersfield Blitz, and Tulsa Talons. The VidSwap software will allow AFL teams to record and break down games from multiple angles in high-definition, import key statistical data, share and collaborate on content, and pull team and player highlights. Teams will also be able to generate play analysis and tendency reports, as well as utilize telestration for coaching points.
