Winston Salem, NC - Sports Xtras and The Winston Wildcats was pleased to host the annual American Indoor Football League (AIF) annual owners meeting. During the visit the league officials and team owners was able to address several league issues and make the nessasary steps to strengthen the league to make it the premier league in the country that now includes 22 teams across the United States. While in town the owners did get a chance to see what Winston Salem and the Triad Region has to offer. Also while in town, league commissioner John Morris and team owner of the Winston Wildcats, Roderick Hinton, was able to visit with the mayor of Winston Salem, North Carolina, Mayor Joines to express the excitement about professional indoor football coming to Winston Salem. The season is scheduled to begin in March of 2015 at The Winston Salem Fair Ground Annex that seats approximately 4000 people.
