
American Hockey League Announces Suspensions
March 10, 2015 - American Hockey League (AHL) News Release
SPRINGFIELD, Mass. ... The American Hockey League today announced the following suspensions:Â
- Milwaukee Admirals left wing Triston Grant has been suspended for one (1) game as a consequence of his actions in a game vs. Oklahoma City on Mar. 8.Â
Grant was assessed an instigator penalty within the final five minutes of the third period, resulting in an automatic one-game suspension under the provisions of AHL Rule 46.22.Â
Grant will miss Milwaukee's game tonight (Mar. 10) at Oklahoma City.Â
- Binghamton Senators defenseman Aaron Johnson has been suspended for two (2) games as a consequence of a match penalty for an illegal check to the head of an opponent, assessed in a game vs. Syracuse on Mar. 8.Â
Johnson will miss Binghamton's games Friday (Mar. 13) vs. Hershey and Saturday (Mar. 14) vs. Hartford.Â
