Amarillo, TX 07/2/2012 The Amarillo Venom continued their winning streak in Abilene this last weekend. This win not only gave the Venom momentum for the July 7th game it also guaranteed a home playoff game on July 14th.

After being on the road the Venom get to stay home for one last regular season game and a playoff game on July 14th. The Venom is in the first place slot for the LSFL league. They will take on the team ranked 4th in the LSFL on July 14th.

Head Coach Julian Reese is excited about the winning streak, but continues to keep his head down and keep the guys focused. "Letting up now is just not an option" Reese stated after the win in Abilene. Owner and General Manger of the Venom, Stephanie Tucker boasted today about the performance in Abilene "If we continue to come together on both sides of the ball like we did against Abilene there is no stopping us."

Playoff tickets are on sale today, July 2nd and will be available to be purchased through game day on July 14th. Venom playoff tickets are only $10 excluding VIP and PIT passes. The LSFL Championship will be in San Angelo Texas on July 21st. Come out to the last regular season home game this weekend on July 7th and see the Venom take on the West Texas Roughnecks!
