LAS VEGAS - Currently riding a three-game win streak, the Albany Empire (3-2) host the Washington Valor (0-5) on Saturday, May 26 at 6 p.m. ET at Times Union Center on CBS Sports Network and on Alt 105.7 fm. For the third time in four weeks, the two teams will face off. The Empire have won both games in the series so far this season.

WHAT TO LOOK FOR:
VALOR: QB Shane Austin got his first start as a member of the Valor. Austin went 20-of-34 for 228 yards and four TDs while adding 28 rushing yards and two TDs. WRs Rod Windsor and Reggie Gray have proven to be the Valor's top receivers in 2018. The duo combined for 24 receptions for 241 yards and four TDs against the Empire this season. Gray earned the Week 5 Offensive Player of the Week for his 12 catches for 171 yards and four TDs performance. LB Alvin Ray Jackson lead the defense in his Valor debut last week. The Defensive Player of the Week for Week 5 tallied 8.5 total tackles, one tackle for-a-loss, one pass break up, and one forced fumble. The Valor defense picked off Brigade QB Randy Hippeard twice last week, for his first interceptions of the season.
EMPIRE: The Empire are on a three-game winning streak that began with a win over the Valor in Week 4. QB Tommy Grady has gone 36-of-53 passes for 478 yards and 12 TDs against the Valor in two matchups this season. Grady has a dynamic duo of receivers. In his first two games against Washington, WR Joe Hills hauled in 14 receptions for 197 yards and five TDs. Rookie WR Malachi Jones is a threat both in the air and on the ground. Jones recorded five rushing yards for two TDs along with 13 catches for 182 yards and four TDs versus the Valor. DB Marrio Norman combined for 16.5 total tackles, one pass break up and two INTs against in the first two games facing the Washington offense. The Empire defense has recorded five sacks this season against the Valor, with DB Joe Sykes getting four of the sacks.
