
AIFL Names Director of Officials

Glen Burnie, MD. The Atlantic Indoor Football League announces William B. Dixon as the AIFL's Director of Officials.
As a retired Department of Defense Employee of 41 years and with his 43 years of football officiating experience, William Dixon looks to apply his officiating football proficiency in overseeing the AIFL's rules and officiating as the league's Director of Officials.
"Bill Dixon will do a good job guiding the AIFL's rules and officiating as the Director of Officials. He has a proven track record of being able to make the officiating of the game precise, effective and efficient," said Andrew Haines, AIFL Founder.
Dixon brings a maturity level as the Director of Officiating through his 43 years of accumulated football officiating experience. He's been involved in numerous organizations and all levels of the game. He has established his credibility as a top official through his involvement with: Eastern Association of Intercollegiate Football Officials, Division I, Division I-AA, Division I-AA Championships, NCAA playoffs and the Washington Redskins.
