The Atlantic Indoor Football League have named Thomas Bryan to succeed Bill Dixon as the league's Director of Officials. Dixon has resigned from the position for personal reasons.

Bryan currently serves as the Director of Athletics at Gilmour Academy in Gates Mills, OH as well as a football officials scout for the National Football League and as game clock operator for the NFL's Cleveland Browns.

A former Ohio All-State football player, Dixon has worked in all areas of football, including high school (in Ohio), college (Ohio Valley, Mid-American and Big Ten conferences) and professional indoor football (Arena Football League and arenafootball2).

In 2003, the Cleveland Touchdown Club honored Bryan with the Bob Brown Lifetime Achievement Award for his officiating.

Dixon has agreed to assist Bryan during the transition period. Bryan can be contacted by e-mail at tbryan@aiflonline.com.
