
AIFA Debuts New Internet Radio Show on OurSports Central Radio

BALTIMORE, Maryland (September 28, 2007) - The American Indoor Football Association is going on line with a new Internet Radio Show Friday. Entitled This Week In The AIFA, the program is intended to inform football fans about the AIFA and its member teams. The program features news updates and interviews, aimed at giving listeners an inside look at the game of football.
This Week In The AIFA is a downloadable Internet radio program, sometimes referred to as a "Podcast." The program is being hosted by OurSports Central, the nation's preeminent Internet site for information on minor league and second-tier professional sports. OurSports Central is beginning its third year of offering downloadable Internet programs relating to a number of sports, collectively known as "OurSports Central Radio. The web site's Internet address is www.oursportscentral.com. A menu of radio programs can be found prominently on the site's front page.
This Week In The AIFA is hosted by veteran play-by-play broadcaster and AIFA Media/Public Relations Director, Bill Hazen. The program utilizes the latest in digital audio technology to increase the audio quality of interview segments from throughout the league.
The opening program in the series updates fans on the league's very successful summer meetings in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Terrell Newby, President and Chief Operating Officer of Simply Me TV, discusses the AIFA's new national television package. Other guests include Ted Lavender (President of the AIFA-finalist Reading Express), AIFA co-founder Michael Mink and AIFA National Director Jack Bowman.
