Aiding and "Bedding" an Outlaw
January 12, 2011 - Prospect League (Prospect)
Nashville Outlaws News Release
The Nashville Outlaws are currently taking applications for host families for the 2011 season. Opening your home to a baseball player, as well as to the daily grind and lifestyle of an elite athlete, is an experience that few people have the opportunity to enjoy.
The Prospect League is often the stepping stone a hard working, highly motivated player will make in attaining his ultimate goal of playing in the Major Leagues. Becoming a host family truly allows a household to join the Nashville Outlaws family. The recognition and perks one receives as compensation for becoming a host family is worth more than money.
These players start off as just a houseguest, but overtime become part of the family. The memories and relationships host families make with their "host sons" are invaluable and will last a lifetime. Host families will receive the follwing:
--Game tickets provided to host families throughout the season
--Team sponsored event with host family and their player
--On-field recognition ceremony at the end of the season for host family
