TAMPA BAY - The Arena Football League announced today that the Tampa Bay Storm was awarded the 2016 Arena Football League Front Office/Support Staff of the Year Award. This recognition not only includes the team's front office staff, but also the Media Relations and Operations Departments, along with Player Personnel, Coaches, Management and Equipment Staff.
"This award is a testament to the collective effort and commitment that everyone here at Tampa Bay Sports and Entertainment puts forth in providing a world class experience to our fans, employees and fellow members of the Arena Football League," said team president Derrick Brooks.
As an original member of the Arena Football League, the Tampa Bay Storm has strived to be the model AFL franchise. This is the third organizational award for the Storm franchise, and second consecutive League honor.
The team won its first organizational award, the Source One Support Staff of the Year Award, in 2012.
The Five-Time World Champion Tampa Bay Storm will enter its 30th season in the Arena Football League in 2017.
