Aces Unable To Start In 2010

Columbus Aces News Release
The owners of the Columbus Aces Professional Indoor Arena Football Team regrets to announce that we will not be participating in the 2010 CIFL season, due to not raising the necessary sponsorship funds to accommodate our teams needs.
"We are deeply sadden that we will not be able to get up and running for this years season. We have worked so hard for the past 5 months, but due to the economic situation it is unfortunate we are unable to raise the necessary funds." stated the Aces ownership.
"We have had many conversations and attempts to get investors involved, but all without success."
The Columbus Aces will reevaluate the situation in the coming months to try and open up in 2011. "It will all depend on the situation of the economy, but we surely hope to play in 2011," stated the Aces owners.
