ABA Columbus Mustangs schedule first tryout

Columbus, OH. A former Ohio State coach will lead the way as the Columbus Mustangs prepare for its first free agent tryout camp. "This will be one of the biggest events and greatest opportunities for basketball players," stated Bynum, the Columbus Mustangs owner. "We are building a fresh new team and the window of opportunity is wide open because every position is available. Early registration is so vital because Columbus is such a great place to live and play. Players are already signing up and space is limited. Let there be no mistake. The Mustangs are here. Your basketball dream is now."

The Open Player Tryout Camp will be held Saturday, July 2nd at Bishop Hartley High School locaqted at 1285 Zettler Road, Columbus, OH 43223. Tryouts will be directed by Dave Cecutti, former Ohio State Coach and former Ohio professional coaches, trainers, scouts and Mustang staff. Players must provide completed application materials including a $100. money order or cashier's check before June 28th. After that the fee will be $125. At the end of the tryouts, SELECTED players will be signed to contracts and participate in the Columbus Mustangs' 2005-2006 Training Vet Camp which begins November 1st.
