Battle Creek Revolution News Release


(Battle Creek, Mi) The Battle Creek Revolution Hockey Club proud members of the All American Hockey League, would like to announce the return of Marco Trevino. The Revolution and Trevino have agreed to terms for the All Star to return to the Revolution line up. The terms of the agreement will be not be released do to the club policy on contracts.

The Beverly Hills, Mi native began his pro career suiting up in 36 games for the Revolution last season scoring 28 points (6 goals, 22 Assists) during his rookie season patrolling the blue line. Before turning pro, Trevino played three junior seasons in the USHL and NAHL suiting up for the Waterloo Bucks, Sioux City Musketeers. Cleveland Barons, and Helena Big Horns playing 149 games scoring (29 Goals, 57 Assists) on the blue line. Trevino then traveled to Davenport University were he won a pair of National Championships while playing college hockey.

"Being able to bring back championship caliber player to the blue line will only make our hockey club better," stated, Bobby Clouston, Director of Hockey Operations. "We feel we have built a much more complete team than last season and adding depth will only make us better."

The Revolution pro hockey club returns home @ Revolution Arena this Friday night vs. the Troy Bruins and Saturday night Vs. the Lapeer Loggers. Doors open up at 6 p.m. both nights with face off at 7:00pm. Friday night will be Youth Night (Free Root Beer to the first 100 kids) at the arena and Saturday night will feature the Battle Creek Blaze football team. Come join us for all the fun with blue collar hockey this weekend. Tickets for either BC Rev pro hockey club home game this weekend is $8 for adults, $6 for seniors, and $5 for all students.
