2018 Ohio Machine Game Times Announced

February 13, 2018 - Major League Lacrosse (MLL) - Ohio Machine News Release

COLUMBUS, Ohio- The 2017 Major League Lacrosse champion Ohio Machine have announced a three-year partnership with Holiday Inn. As part of the agreement, Holiday Inn will become the official hotel of the Ohio Machine. Additionally, Holiday Inn will become an official partner of COYLL, the Ohio Machine High School Showcase, the Ohio Machine Senior All-Star Challenge, the Ohio Lacrosse Fall Classic and a proud supporter of the Ohio Machine Lacrosse Foundation.

"I'm excited about the opportunity to extend and expand one of our longest tenured partners," Ohio Machine Vice President of Marketing and Business Development Brian Ciccone said. "We saw tremendous support from hotel management, Tyson Schweitzer & Sandi Hill, and staff during our playoff run by covering their entire lobby and main entrance with Machine branding in addition to all staff in Sheen gear. It was a treat for our players to see. This year we will be able to expand the relationship to our fans."

The Holiday Inn Columbus Downtown Capital Square location will become a designated place to watch away games and will host a Chalk Talk this summer for a limited number of guests.

"At the Holiday Inn Columbus Downtown we've partnered with the Ohio Machine since their inaugural season in Columbus," Holiday Inn Columbus General Manager Tyson Schweitzer said. "We believe that the demographics of the Machine fans closely match those of our target audience which helps us expand our marketing reach. Additionally, the marketing efforts of the Ohio Machine staff augment our own and help our advertising dollars go farther. We believe so strongly in this partnership we've recently extended our relationship with the Machine for a seventh season."

The Machine and Holiday Inn partnership will continue in 2018, beginning at the Ohio Machine High School Showcase on March 17.
