2011 CHL Summer Conference Begins Today

TEMPE, AZ (June 10, 2011) - The Central Hockey League (CHL) will hold its 16th annual 'Summer Conference' beginning today (Friday, June 10) running through Saturday, June 11. Delegates from CHL teams will be present and participating in the weekend's agenda. This marks the first year that the conference will be held at Talking Stick Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona.
The highlight of the conference will be the keynote address by Jeff Morander, the Vice President of Ticketing Strategy for the National Hockey League. Morander will also be a guest during some of the sales breakout sessions earlier in the day on Friday.
The CHL's Board of Governors will be meeting over the two days determining policy and operational items for the 2011-12 season.
The final day of the conference will feature the CHL Awards Dinner honoring the outstanding organizational and front office efforts and achievements from the 2010-11 season.
