AIFL Sold To GRWW

May 24, 2006 - American Indoor Football Association (AIFA) News Release


HERTFORD, N.C. -- Greens Worldwide Incorporated announced today that it has executed a Definitive Agreement to acquire the assets of the American Indoor Football League (AIFL) (www.aiflonline.com). The closing of the transaction is subject to completion of customary final due diligence, and delivery of documentation to effect the closing, which is scheduled on or before June 30, 2006. The American Indoor Football League is comprised of 16 franchised teams operating in the Eastern United States and is currently in an expansion phase.

"The acquisition of the AIFL, when completed, will provide our company with an additional football platform to provide more value to our overall corporate sponsors and advertisers. I believe this additional football property may be a tremendous asset to the development of our bundled marketing programs, and provides the company with another valuable asset to deliver multiple sports platforms for our customers," said Tom Kidd, Chief Executive Officer of Greens Worldwide Incorporated. "I am also pleased that Andrew Haines will continue at the helm of the AIFL and will implement an acquisition and expansion strategy to grow the AIFL brand and operations in other US Markets."
