SPOKANE, Washington - The Spokane Empire has signed receiver Trevor Kennedy to the 2016 roster. Kennedy (WR, 6-0, 205, Mercyhurst) joins the Empire for his first season as a member of the IFL after participating in the team's open tryout at The Chamber in Miami, Florida last December.
