Thunder Kickoff 2016 Free Agency with WR's Carter, Truesdell

PORTLAND - The Portland Thunder have been assigned wide receivers Rashaad Carter and Nick Truesdell, head coach Andy Olson announced this morning. The veteran tandem are the first free agent signings of the 2015-16 AFL off-season for the Thunder.
