Patriots Stymie Ducks to Claim Division Title

(Bridgewater, N.J., Sept. 27, 2015) -The Long Island Ducks were defeated by the Somerset Patriots 4-0 on Sunday evening in Game Five of the 2015 Liberty Division Championship Series at TD Bank Ballpark.
