Harrell Earns All-Arena Honors
TAMPA BAY - The Arena Football League announced today the 2015 All-Arena Defensive Teams. Tampa Bay Storm defensive back James Harrell earned second team All-Arena honors. Harrell (5-foot-10, 195 lbs., Arkansas-Pine Bluff) completed his third season in the blue and gold. The Plant H.S.
