Riders Win Slugfest
FRISCO - Thursday's series opener featured six home runs, but it was a force play at second base which produced the go-ahead run in Frisco's 6-5 victory over Corpus Christi at Dr Pepper Ballpark. With the game level at 5 and one away in the eighth, the RoughRiders loaded the bases against Travis Ballew (3-4). Zach Cone smashed a 2-1 pitch up the middle.
