Green Bay, Wis.- The Green Bay Bullfrogs lead the Northwoods League in stolen bases by a wide margin and are on pace for the most steals in the 22-year history of the league. The Bullfrogs have swiped 127 bags this year, 48 more than the La Crosse Loggers, who are second in steals.
